Offering functional and organic storage baskets crafted with 100% pure wool. Our three-toned felted baskets are made by skilled artisans, making them more special than cheaper alternatives. Great for storing toys, books, magazines, knit yarn or simply use as a planter and so on as its infinite possibilities for storage and organizing anything. The two handles make the storage basket easy to move when needed. It will add a lovely and organic feel to whichever room you place it.

RETURNS: You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a return, you must send us an email at info@hamrovillage.com explaining the reason for your return. We will issue Return Authorization Number. Without RAN, your return will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@hamrovillage.com 

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
 
SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS RETURNS: We do not accept packages that require custom duty and taxes. If you are returning and the item requires custom form, please put the value as $0, with "Defective Canadian Goods Return".
