Shipping

Orders are shipped within 4 to 5 business days from our Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. The following information reflects the estimated transit timeframe for in-stock items shipped within Canada.

Please allow up to 14 days for delivery to remote locations.

Exchanges

We only offer replacements for items that arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your product for the same item due to a quality issue, please email us at info@hamrovillage.com with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and photos of the defect or damage. Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process promptly.

Returns

You may return eligible items within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To request a return, please email info@hamrovillage.com with your reason. We will issue a Return Authorization Number (RAN); returns without a RAN cannot be accepted.

Custom-made items are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few business days.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Discounted or clearance items are final sale, and we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds for them. We appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain fair pricing and continue supporting our artisan partners.

For U.S. Customer Returns

We do not accept packages that require customs duties or taxes. If you are returning an item and a customs form is required, please declare the value as $0 and label it as “Defective Canadian Goods Return.”
