OVERVIEW
This website is operated by Hamro Village Inc. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Hamro Village Inc. Hamro Village Inc. offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

OUT OF STOCK
We try to have everything in stock. However, there may be unavoidable outages. 

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via CANADA POST for Canada and UPS for USA. Please provide a physical ship-to address. Shipping costs are passed on to the customer. 

SHIPPING ERRORS/DAMAGED GOODS
You must notify our office of any shipping errors or goods damaged in transit within 7 days of receipt of shipment. We will then either issue you a credit or send replacement product at no charge. Hamro Village Inc. accepts no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us, then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.

PAYMENTS
We accept credit cards including MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. 

NATURE OF HANDMADE PRODUCTS
The handcrafted nature of our product will produce slight variations in form and sizing.

MODIFICATION TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

PRODUCTS
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
