Our handmade flowers offer a stylish and enduring substitute for real ones. It is attached to a pliable wire stem cloaked in green wool felt, allowing you to shape it to your liking. To extend its lifespan, place it away from direct sunlight.

Care: For best results, spot clean the set with a damp sponge and mild soap or a textile stain remover. Machine washing should be avoided.

RETURNS: You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a return, you must send us an email at explaining the reason for your return. We will issue Return Authorization Number. Without RAN, your return will not be accepted.

Custom made order items are not eligible

EXCHANGES: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at 

REFUNDS: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card
or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

SALE ITEMS: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS RETURNS: We do not accept packages that require custom duty and taxes. If you are returning and the item requires custom form, please put the value as $0, with "Defective Canadian Goods Return".
