SIZING: If you find your slippers tight and snug at first don't worry. The slippers will mold to your feet in a few days as the wool has natural ability to mold and stretch out.
CARE: Gently cleaning stains with light wet cloth and wool soap.
Vacuum to clean the dust. Sole can be clean with a suede brush.

RETURNS: You can return eligible items within 15 days of receiving an order. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Shipping fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you have a return, you must send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org explaining the reason for your return. We will issue Return Authorization Number. Without RAN, your return will not be accepted.
